Welcome to Advancing God's Kingdom.
My name is Dr. Darren D. Hulbert, and I have spent much of my life pursuing a simple objective:
learning to understand God's purposes,
living them "more perfectly," and
leading others to apply those insights within their own lives.
I am a student of Scripture, history, leadership, education, and human development.
My educational journey includes a Bachelor of Arts in History from UCLA, a Master of Divinity in Bible Exposition from The Master's Seminary, a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership Development from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a Master of Arts in Education from Point Loma Nazarene University.
Throughout my career I have served in education, ministry, leadership development,
financial services, real estate, and community engagement.
These experiences have reinforced a conviction that
every human being is entrusted with valuable assets—
time, relationships, abilities, opportunities, and influence—
which must be stewarded wisely.
Fellowship with Father
The most important culture is Sabbatical Cultures—the ongoing opportunity for human beings to connect with Creator.
Advancing God's Kingdom was created to encourage people
to think more deeply about God's purposes,
their place in His creation, and
their opportunities to participate in His work.
The ministry focuses on helping learners:
Understand the overarching narrative of Scripture.
Develop wisdom for daily decision-making.
Grow in leadership and personal stewardship.
Strengthen families and communities.
Engage productively in society.
Discover how God's purposes relate to every area of life.
At its heart, this ministry is an invitation to learn, live, and teach the truths revealed by Creator.esting about your business here.
One of the primary teaching tools developed through this ministry is the Seven Cultures framework.
Every human simultaneously participates in:
_+_ Personal Cultures
_+_ Familial Cultures
_+_ Occupational Cultures
_+_ Recreational Cultures
_+_ National Cultures
_+_ Global Cultures
_+_ Sabbatical Cultures
Learning to navigate these cultures wisely helps individuals move from merely surviving toward thriving while participating in God's creation.
